If your order includes a night vision or thermal imaging device, please note: Before we can proceed with processing your order, we are required to obtain a signed Civilian End-Use Form from you.

This form will be sent to your email. Kindly sign it and return it to us at your earliest convenience so we may continue with your order.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and your payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship from Bulgaria, Sofia.

We currently ship everywhere in the European Union only.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. (for free ground services, please allow up to 6 days for tracking information to become available)

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@agmglobalvision.eu with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

These devices are not designed or approved for use by military or law enforcement forces.
