Return Policy

We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit, or full refund. If you have return inquires more than 14 days after receipt, please contact our customer service for possible repair, store credit, or replacement.

Refunds & Promotional Items

Upon approval, AGM Global Vision refunds customers via the original payment method. For example, if a customer paid via credit card, any necessary refunds will be applied to the customer's credit card.

Note: AGM Global Vision requires the return of all promotional items and/or gifts included with your purchase, including free gift certificates. For example, if a binocular arrives with a free flashlight included, both items must be returned before processing an exchange or refund. AGM Global Vision is currently unable to accept partial returns on kits or on any bundled goods.

Any gift certificate issued as a free gift with a qualifying purchase is void upon the return of the qualifying product. If the gift certificate has been used at the time of return, AGM Global Vision reserves the right to refuse the return or refund the customer less the amount of the gift certificate issued.

Processing Time & Restocking Fees

AGM Global Vision processes all returns within 15 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account.

We do not charge restocking fees for most items sent back within 14 days of receipt, provided all Return Conditions are met. However, AGM Global Vision reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on returns of opened, used, or damaged products, or items missing original packaging. We also reserve the right to refuse returns received in non-salable condition.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please note that your RMA number is only active for 15 days from the date of submission.

1. Fill out and submit an RMA Request Form to obtain an RMA number. We are unable to accept a return without a completed RMA Request Form.
2. Upon submission, your RMA number will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.
3. Pack the item(s) securely using the original packing material to prevent damage. Include all promotional materials, accessories, and manuals.
4. Print out the "Return Summary" form and place it inside the box.
5. Ship the package. We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value, as AGM Global Vision is not responsible for returned merchandise until signed for at our warehouse.

Privacy Policy

AGM Global Vision maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration, or destruction of the personal information in our possession. We provide security controls to protect the information you submit online against foreseeable hazards.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information about our website visitors and customers except as described herein. We may share the information you provide with companies that are contractually affiliated with AGM Global Vision.

In addition, we may disclose information about you:

• If we are required to do so by law or legal process.
• To law enforcement authorities or other government officials.
• When we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm, financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.
